Winter Serenity - 2018

Watercolour and pastel painting are my passion. There is a certain freedom and satisfaction when working with vibrant, fluid colours.

I also love working with charcoal. It's as if some higher power takes over within me and a mass of messy black becomes a soft portrayal of a sleeping dog or a mysterious, night time landscape. Of course, the light switches in my home also become messy and black!

It is my goal to portray through my paintings, just how precious and beautiful the world is.
