What Is Hatha Yoga?
Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.
My class consists of asanas (poses), some sequences of asanas with movement (vinyasa), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
